CHRISTMAS PARTY RALLY UPDATE….. P.S. IT’S NOT JUST FOR KIDS!!!
6-8 December, Ukrainian Youth Centre, Weston-on-Trent
£29 per unit rally fee plus £6 per adult social fee (payable in cash to the Marshals on arrival)
£5 for Child day visitors to the Christmas Party

The committee met last night to finalise details for the Christmas Party Rally. Here’s a summary of what’s planned…

Friday
All ralliers are given a warm welcome into the hall on Friday evening with a mince pie and mulled wine or hot chocolate. An evening of light-hearted entertainment will follow with bingo and quizzes/games. The annual Christmas jumper competition will take place and later into the evening you can dance the night away to John Hall’s disco.

Saturday
Bacon butties and bottomless tea/coffee available for £2.50 in the hall (veggie option available) whilst the children decorate the many Christmas trees we have and there will be some crafts available to entertain them. The popular Children’s tombola will be held and there will be an opportunity to buy raffle tickets to win various prizes.
The committee will ask that the hall be vacated from 11.30am so that they can build the grotto and set up the hall for the Children’s party which will run from 2-4pm. There will be party games, music, food and a visit from Santa. A small gift will be given to each child.
Saturday evening we’ll provide a light supper. Decorate your own table competition will take place and we will then hold flag and draw the raffle and distribute some lucky dip gifts.
John Hall will then entertain you for the rest of the evening with his fantastic disco.

Following the recent AGM please note that dogs are not permitted into the hall with the exception of registered assistance dogs.
