We write to you with a heavy heart.

As you will have already heard, Ukraine is under attack from Russia. A full scale invasion began on Thursday 24 February 2022. This is illegal and unprovoked. The military action by Russia not only affects Ukraine but also threatens the security and stability of Europe and its democracy.

Ukraine is a sovereign and democratic state, but has always fought against the aggressor President Putin.

In conjunction with various other Ukrainian organisations throughout the United Kingdom, we have set up a fundraising page to help purchase aid supplies. At a time when our country is going through a Russian invasion, we kindly ask that you distribute this information to your family, friends and members.
