A sandstone ashlar and tile community hall originally containing a wall-mounted WW1 plaque in a wooden frame but later including an additional WW2 tablet. The nowy-headed brass plaque has an inscription with names in two columns, all in raised upright capital roman lettering. The oaken frame has a moulded cornice at the head, plain broad stiles, a shelf at the foot for the placement of tributes, and two shaped brackets below. The pale grey nowy-headed limestone tablet has a moulded border and is supported on two brackets. Its inscription is incised in upright capital roman lettering, the dates gilded and the remainder coloured black.
