Join the Derbyshire Centre on our Rally at Lyme View Marina.

ANPR barrier is in place for entry, so please keep marshals updated if registrations change due to having to send these off a week before the rally starts.

Lyme View Marina is a private marina within a small village of Adlington, Cheshire, it is surrounded by tranquil countryside so is a heaven for guests looking for a peaceful location as you are immersed in nature. Set on 18 acres, the marina offers balance of beautiful surroundings with views of the Peak District to one side and the marina to the other.

Take the opportunity to visit the National Trust property Lyme, a beautiful country house and estate, or take a train to Manchester and experience the city highlights or simply enjoy a relaxing weekend by the canal, where a cafe/bar is open in the afternoons located just before the canal bridge which is also close to an old railway line which is now used as a walking/cycle track.

Directions:

From Macclesfield continue north on the A523 to Poynton until the roundabout for Adlington Golf Centre turn right onto the B5092 London Road South. In Poynton at the mini roundabout turn right into Dicken Lane s/p Leisure Centre. In approx. 1½ miles turn left at the T- junction into Wood Lane . In approx. ½ mile go straight ahead at the crossroad into private road and follow the road to the right, over canal bridge, then left into the site (there is a barrier system with ANRP in Place)

From Buxton follow signs to Stockport/Manchester along the A6 after High Lane turn left onto the A555 Manchester Airport Link Road then at the next set of traffic lights turn left onto B5092 London Road North sign posted Poynton & Brookside Garden Centre and Miniature Railway follow this through the village of Poynton over the 2 mini roundabouts then Aldi will be on your right and at the next mini round about turn left into Dicken Lane s/p Leisure Centre. In approx. 1½ miles turn left at the T- junction into Wood Lane .
