Thank you for attending our annual Christmas Party Rally here at Weston-on-Trent.
May I welcome our Past Chairman's Lesley Gregory and John Strutt and also extend the welcome to CAMC Executive Committee Member and Derbyshire Member Vince Mott.
We have had 27 attendees and 2 non attenders which considering the weather i think is really good. We have visitors from Leicestershire and Staffordshire (South) Centres.
I hope everyone has enjoyed the weekend here at the Ukrainian Centre and can I start by asking you all to show your appreciation to our amazing committee and their partners who have worked tirelessly this weekend to not only transform the hall into our Winter Wonderlands, but who have also transformed it back again this morning.
I would just like to add, not only does this take an enormous amount of effort to bring something like this together, we only have 2 months to make all of the arrangements following on from the new committee being formed at the AGM. The committee have worked together to plan and deliver as what I can only promote as a fantastic success. Extra thanks go out to our Rally Secretary Kim Bond for making the Sleigh and planning the games and entertainment for both the children's and evening parties.
Simon, Andrea and Simon's Mum for preparing and serving a fantastic meal last night, a lot of preparation and time has been done before the rally to ensure we all were fed and watered over the weekend - Thank you.
